Lawyers Careers was created to combat the problems of the current employment market.
We found that a majority of candidates are frustrated with the current job search and application processes, but also that a majority of employers are frustrated with the current processes to find and shortlist candidates.
The employment market has changed a lot throughout the years. Workers don’t often stay at a company for a long time anymore, but it doesn’t mean it’s always easy to find the right opportunities. As a result employers are also feeling their fair share of the problems. They have to deal with more job vacancies which wastes a lot of resources, to top it off it’s not always easy to find the best fit on the market. The recruitment process is inherently broken from both perspectives.
This is where Lawyers Careers enters the picture. The platform was created to connect both candidates and employers transparently on equal terms. We want to provide candidates the ability to list all their desired work conditions and have potential employers connect with them for their dream roles without the worries of filling multiple job applications or having their current employer find out. These desired work conditions could range from salary to work benefits to even work location such as working remotely. For the employers this would provide them an opportunity to easily search and connect with passive job seekers to help them fill their vacancies.
