There is a high chance that you have created a candidate account. The biggest difference between the two is that you will be asked questions about your company within the employer account registration as opposed to your work experience in the candidate registration. If you think you’ve accidentally created a candidate account instead of an employer account, or you are still having this issue, message us on our live chat or through our contact us page. Click on ‘Forgot password’ on the Sign in page or follow this link. Enter your email address and click on the ‘Email password reset link’. You will receive an email from [email protected] with a link. Click on the ‘Reset password’ link and it will take you to a page where you can input your new password (Note: The link is only active for 60 minutes). Enter and confirm your new password and click reset password.
