There is a high chance that you have created a candidate account. The biggest difference between the two is that you will be asked questions about your company within the employer account registration as opposed to your work experience in the candidate registration. To unlock the full profile of a candidate you will need to pay the listed amount on the profile. This will unlock the profile, which means you can contact the candidate and view any changes for a year.

Lawyers Careers currently only allows 1 company email per company account. Shortly, we intend to allow multiple users to log in to the same company account.

If you're unable to message a candidate, it's possible they've chosen to hide their profile from you or that their profile unlock period has expired (1 year). You can renew access by revisiting their profile and clicking the renew button underneath the timer.
